Sebas was born and raised on Tenerife and has been sailing these waters since he was a boy. He holds every skipper licence and safety training certification required to operate professionally, and his local knowledge of the island's volcanic south coast — its currents, its coves, its best swimming spots — is second to none. Speaks English and Spanish fluently.
Mila is Sebas's partner both on and off the water, with years of experience as hostess and service crew on boats across Tenerife and Mallorca. From the moment guests step aboard, she makes sure drinks are refreshed, tapas are served at just the right moment, and the atmosphere feels effortless. Speaks English and Spanish.
